And so if/when a constitution is written by the players, the presidents role could change to being an elected official like in America or something like the French way?

Tom has just pointed out that this completely contradictory to viewtopic.php?f=3&t=54 (Tax and Spend - Bellisle charges very low-taxes, and therefore has a poor economy). I suggest you alter the tax rates accordingly.

The Health Service is quite good, but lacks funding like the Education system.

What do you mean by trading facilities?


I mean the docks or anything. Shipping companies anything like that.
